Craig Wise is the founder and President/CEO of Allwest Properties, Inc. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, he can provide you with the ultimate real estate service you deserve.
Craig has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate field through his work with prominent banking institutions including Sanwa Bank [Bank of the West], Washington Mutual [Chase] and US Bank [Housing Capital Company]. Additionally, Craig worked in the telecommunications industry specializing in site selection, zoning and entitlements and project manager for companies such as Nextel Communications, Cingular, Sprint and T-Mobile.
Having a unique vision that includes a single-minded dedication to achieve maximum results for his clients is what sets Craig apart. He has a broad range of experience in the brokerage and appraisals of office buildings, shopping centers, industrial [single and multi-tenant], residential [multi-family] properties, residential tract subdivisions and commercial vacant land. Much of his expertise focuses on consulting property owners in the acquisition, liquidation, or growth/expansion of their real estate investments.
Craig has been a California licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998; a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1990, as well as a member of good standing with the Orange County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Craig spends his spare time with his family and enjoys woodworking and outdoor activities including hiking, surfing, mountain biking and golfing. He also spends time developing and building homes in Baja California and donates to local charities such as Habitat for Humanity – Orange County, Alzheimer’s – Orange County and Girls Scouts of Orange County.
As a Vanguard University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Janet Marin developed a disciplined approach to execution. Her focus on the details comes naturally and provides for an assured environment where her clients can feel confident and secure throughout every transaction.
After graduating from Vanguard, she attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where she majored in Merchandise Product Development, and can apply many of the same principles to her real estate services.
On her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering and serving at her church. Whether it’s managing projects, coordinating transactions or serving her community, she is a professional in everything she sets her mind to.
