R. Craig Wise is the founder and President/CEO of Allwest Properties who carries over twenty five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Craig’s experience in real estate includes prominent companies such as Sanwa Bank (Bank of the West), Washington Mutual (Chase) and US Bank. Added to this, Craig worked as a Project Manager and Site Selection/Zoning Entitlement Agent in the telecommunications industry for large corporations, such as Nextel Communications, Cingular, Sprint and T-Mobile. Over a career of extensive experience, Craig offers an array of real estate services to Allwest Properties: including investment sales, commercial leasing, property management, commercial real estate appraisals, and consulting services.
Through focus and dedication, Craig achieves maximum results for his clients; tailoring individual needs with a broad knowledge of different property types including office buildings, multi-family apartments, shopping centers, industrial properties [single and multi-tenant], residential subdivisions and vacant land. Craig has been a California licensed Real Estate Broker since 1998; a licensed Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1990, as well as a member of good standing with the Orange County Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Craig spends his spare time with his family, enjoying outdoor activities, developing and building homes in Baja California and donates to local charities such as Habitat for Humanity – Orange County, Alzheimer’s – Orange County and Girls Scouts of Orange County.
Martha Boll is a full time licensed professional realtor specializing in Real Estate Marketing. She takes pride in her work and brings energy, creativity, dedication and personal knowledge to the Allwest Properties team. She has been in the real estate industry for over 15 years and is hard working and can relate to buyers and sellers wants and needs.
Martha was born and raised in a small town in Iowa and moved to San Diego in 1989. She worked in marketing for Coldwell Banker since July 2004 and got her Real Estate license in June of 2006. In 2016 She relocated to Orange county and worked as a marketing director for a commercial real estate broker and now is working as a sales agent and VP of Marketing for Allwest properties. She graduated from Oakland community college in Bloomfield Hills, Mi and has a degree in Audio visual technology with a photography and graphic design.
